My client is seeking a dedicated and versatile Administrator focusing on Utilities Accounts and General Administration
My client is large commercial property company based in Birmingham who support household brands with real estate solutions.
As Administrator (Utilities and General Administration) you will:
- Managing utility accounts (gas, electricity, water, etc.) including setting up, transferring, and closing accounts as needed.
- Liaising with utility providers to resolve issues or discrepancies.
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Maintaining accurate records of utility bills and payments.
- Preparing and processing invoices related to utilities and other administrative services.
- Supporting other departments with general administrative duties as required.
The most succesful candidate for Administrator (Utilities and General Administration) will requires a proactive nature with the ability to adapt to different responsibilities as needed.
Up to £26000 depending on experience
