The Role:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Managing Director ready to step into a top leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction, driving business growth, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead and inspire the senior leadership team and wider workforce.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market expansion.
- Oversee operational performance to ensure excellence and continuous improvement.
- Represent the business within the industry and at key events.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a track record of driving business success.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams.
- Experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector is beneficial.
- A results-driven mindset with the ambition to lead an established business into its next stage of development.
