Plant Shift Team Leader - Energy from Waste Birmingham£47,500 + Enhanced Annual Leave + Company Pension Scheme + Progression Opportunities + Company Benefits Are you experienced with hands on work in an energy from waste facility? Are you looking to take a step up into a leadership role?If successful you will be joining a large-scale company operating across the UK focussing on sustainable solutions including Energy Storage, Energy from Waste and Anaerobic Digestion with the mindset of constantly exploring new exciting technologies.Your role within the company will involve overseeing all plant and machine operators working on site. This will include coordination, mentoring and covering for staff within the gasification facility ensuring that a high standard of health and safety is maintained.The ideal candidate for this role will have good experience in an energy from waste facility and will confident working alone and leading others.
