Your new companyThis housing provider works across the UK providing not only general housing needs support, including shared ownership, but also support to vulnerable individuals, such as homelessness, mental health & domestic violence services. They provide quality & affordable homes for all who access their services.Your new roleThe role of the Home Ownership Officer is to coordinate housing services for share ownership leasehold and owner occupier residents. The service provided includes rent and service charge account management, resales and consultation for repairs. What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you will be required to have experience and good knowledge within a housing role that specialises in homeownership. Using Section 20 consultation, you will be able to demonstrate effective communication skills through cooperating with other departments such as the facilities team in order to get the necessary work completed within a time scale. You will also be required to have experience of managing income accounts and debt recovery through court procedures.
