Eden Brown synergy are looking to appoint a part time Band 7 Occupational Therapist on behalf of Birmingham Community NHS Trust. The role is to support in two special schools in Birmingham .
This is a locum role to commence at the start of January 2025 working 9am -5pm, 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs) term time only.
Main responsibilities of the role will include working with staff and students at 2 special schools within the city to support with providing OT input in line with the tiered model. The schools involved have their own priorities for OT intervention and the therapist would be expected to liaise with senior leadership to promote and embed these.
To be considered for this role you must have a Degree in Occupational Therapy, be HCPC registered and have experience of working with children who present with learning disabilities / Autistic spectrum condition / sensory processing differences / behaviours that challenge.
