Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and enhance existing processes and workflows.
  • Design, implement and test and own new procedures to boost productivity.
  • Compose detailed reports documenting process improvements and overall status.
  • Assess the effectiveness of upgrades and monitor the key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Provide clear instructions for the successful implementation of process changes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and conduct thorough risk assessments.
  • Build excellent relationships to obtain by in and drive change.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Proven experience in Process Engineering ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to quickly identify waste within processes.
  • A continuous improvement mindset.
  • An understanding of Lean Manufacturing techniques and Kaizen or Six Sigma qualification would be advantageous.
