Job Title: Production Supervisor

Salary: 14 - 14.50 per hour

Hours: To be confirmed, mainly day shifts

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at our West Bromwich site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing production, preferably within the metal or fabrication industry. This role requires excellent team management skills, the ability to prioritise workloads effectively, and a commitment to maintaining safe systems of work.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Manage and lead production teams, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets.
Prioritise and allocate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production schedules.
Implement and maintain safe systems of work, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and quality.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any production-related issues.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in manufacturing production, preferably in the metal or fabrication industry.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritise workloads and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of safe systems of work and health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
