Project Manager

Astute's Power team is partnering with a construction company who is one of the UK's premier concrete frame contractors to recruit a Project Manager for its site in Birmingham.

The Project Manager role comes with a salary ranging between 75,000 to 110,000 depending on experience plus a bonus and a benefits package.

Responsibilities and duties

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will:

• Be capable of overseeing RC Frame & Groundwork packages on residential and commercial projects.
• Manage package sizes vary from 10m up to 60m+
• Have an engineering background that have worked predominantly for concrete frame & groundwork subcontractors in the UK.
• Mange the complete concrete frame construction with all the associated groundworks and foundations.
• Be responsible to keep the project to programme while maintaining safety and controlling the budget.
• Confident in a client facing role with paperwork duties

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred but not essential)
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid
• Full UK Driving License

• Technically minded and has a proven background seeing these packages through from planning stages through to completion

• Between 75,000 - 110,000 Per Year (Depending on Experience) + Bonus & Benefits Package
