We are looking for a Junior / Intermediate Project Manager to join our busy and exciting client in Birmingham who can progress their career into a fully-fledged Project Manager.
This role would suit a candidate with at least 1 to 2 years' experience managing projects ideally in a similar industry such as - steel/ metal fabrication, nuclear, water treatment, oil & gas, pipework systems, phalanges, valves, pressure vessels or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Junior / Intermediate Project Manager will be running Projects from concept to completion after training on products. Projects will vary in value/ size and time scale so adaptability is key
- The Project Manager will be liaising with multiple departments to ensure the projects are completed on time and in line with customer specifications.
- Read CAD drawings to ensure they are correct with customer expectations
- Deal with the logistics, budget and timeline of the project
Key attributes:
- Outgoing individual looking to work on multiple and a variety of exciting projects
- 1 to 2 years' experience in a Project Engineering or Project Managing role to train up to become a Project Manager in their career
- Strong communication and organisation skills to drive projects to meet deadlines
