JGA are partnered with a exciting business based in the heart of Birmingham who are seeking a HR Manager on a interim basis!

Responsibilities:
- Apply HR best practices to support the business and find effective people solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Empower and guide managers in handling employee issues, advising on employment terms, and offering best practice solutions.
- Oversee the performance appraisal and development process, ensuring alignment with business goals, high performance, and succession planning.
- Manage complex employee relations issues such as performance, discipline, grievances, absence, and redundancy.
- Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with business goals and risks.
- Advise leadership on HR matters and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Manage all HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Set clear expectations within the HR team and ensure high-quality results.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and staff across all levels in diverse settings.
- Familiar with environments with varied contracts, working patterns, and employment terms.
- Background in customer-facing sectors such as arts, hospitality, or events.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrating high resilience and self-confidence.
- Strong understanding of inclusivity, diversity, and accessibility with a commitment to supporting others.
- Skilled in managing time effectively, working with sensitivity and confidentiality, and fostering engagement with others.
