We are working with a key client seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to join their innovative company, specialising in harnessing data and technology to transform the tech for good industry.
About the Role: As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of cutting-edge solutions. Youll lead a talented team of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Developers, guiding them to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Foster collaboration and communication within the team to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilise your technical background to support and mentor team members.
- Implement agile methodologies to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions to address challenges.
- A career background that ideally transitions from a Developer to a Delivery Manager.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of .NET and Azure DevOps; familiarity with Python and Typescriptis highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Delivery Manager | Remote | £70,000 - £75,000
