We are seeking a skilled Lead QA Analyst to join an innovative program within a prestigious organization. Role Overview:
As the Lead QA Analyst, you will oversee the management, planning, and execution of test activities, ensuring seamless integration across systems. With a strong technical foundation and expertise in quality processes, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a superior experience for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of detailed test scenarios and cases.
- Coordinate End-to-End testing to ensure smooth system interactions.
- Implement and manage defect management tools and processes.
- Educate and support stakeholders and delivery teams on testing best practices.
- Develop test strategies and phase-specific test plans, including risk-based approaches.
- Provide clear and timely progress reports to stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a project test lead.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
- Certification in testing frameworks (e.g. ISTQB or equivalent).
- Experience with test automation tools or scripting (distinct advantage).
