Assistant Estates Manager - Building Fabric - Birmingham 48500. Mon - Fri 8am to 4pm.
You will be responsible for the Building Fabric Maintenance of the retained and mental health estate on a large PFI healthcare site in Birmingham.
You will manage a team of 6 Engineers and manage all reactive and planned maintenance which will include all internal and external building fabric work; flat roofs, ceiling tiles, windows, doors, plastering, painting, fire doors etc.
You'll become trained up as an Authorised Person and/or responsible person for confined spaces, working from heights and take on additional duties as required.
Call out rota of 1 week in 5, most issues can be resolved over the phone through escalation or delegation.
Ideally you will have worked in a healthcare environment before but anyone with a strong commercial building fabric maintenance background will be considered.
