A fantastic business, based in Edgbaston, are seeking an experienced and hard-working Reception Manager for a varied and dynamic role. This is a vital front of house role which incorporates a number of administrative duties including:

Line management of 4 Receptionists regionally

Conducting 1 to 1’s, appraisals and career development of staff

Handling general day to day HR issues
-
Provide professional management of the Reception Services Team

Excellent telephone manner and switchboard experience is essential

Manage and oversee the booking and organisation of on-site meeting rooms and conference facilities including coordination of internal catering

Conduct tours and face to face sales
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist with management skills. You will ideally have worked in a corporate environment previously and be willing to go above and beyond to offer a first-class client service. Prior Management experience is key and you must have worked within a professional service setting previously. You must have a sound HR knowledge also. Due to the nature of this role, it is advised that you drive with parking available.
