Key Responsibilities

Greeting visitors in a warm and professional manner
Issuing visitor passes
Assisting visitors to the building and ensuring they are escorted to the correct destination
Contributing to a 5-star front of house service and being an ambassador for the company

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role, where good customer service skills are paramount.
Well presented, warm and approachable
Confident, with excellent communication skills
This is a standing role, so applicants must be happy to be on their feet for a full day
