Hexis Talent is recruiting on behalf of our client for an Account Manager to join their expanding team. This is a pivotal role, focused on maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Main Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with current clients, acting as the main point of contact for all inquiries.
  • Proactively address client needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed expectations.

Account Growth

  • Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing your client portfolio and introducing new services or products as client needs evolve.

Communication and Coordination

  • Ensure effective communication with clients to guarantee their needs are met efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues quickly and deliver excellent service.
  • Keep clients informed on relevant products, services, and market trends.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Regularly review and analyse client performance data, using insights to recommend improvements.
  • Provide reports on key account metrics and highlight areas for potential growth or improvement.
