Permanent Opportunity - FM Account Manager - Birmingham - Circa 65,000 + 6,000 Car allowance + 10% Bonus

About your role
- Responsible for leading a TFM contract on a large PFI Education contract in Birmingham
- Management of key SLA's & KPI's
- Management of commercial delivery of the contract
- Lead compliance and H&S standards across the contract
- Manage both in house and subcontractor teams
- Working closely with the relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels
About you
- Experience of managing TFM contracts
- Experience of PFI contract management
- Experienced in managing both on site FM teams and sub-contractors
- Commercially astute
- Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge - With IOSH
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
- Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues
This role is covering a large PFI contract in Birmingham - Experience within the Education sector would be advantageous.
You may have experience as one of the following: Account Manager, FM Account Manager, Senior Contract Manager, Head of FM
