Senior Business Development Manager

A strategic role focusing on new business development, and international expansion. Can be based in London, Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds, Manchester, or Norwich.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business development support to private wealth, private client, family teams, and their home offices.
  • Ensure the BD team delivers a high level of service using standardised materials and approaches, focusing on supporting partners and lawyers to win and retain business.
  • Maintain a strong internal and external network to identify new opportunities, share best practices, and increase firm profile.
  • Handle a substantial, complex, and strategic workload, consistently delivering outstanding client service.
  • Drive ongoing development and implementation of best practices to ensure quality BD and sales approaches.
  • Actively mentor and coach lawyers to enhance their business development and marketing skills.
