We are currently recruiting for Support Workers & Keyworkers for a leading organisation dedicated to providing essential support to children and young people aged 16-18 across the West Midlands. About the Role:


This role involves providing personalised support, building strong relationships, and ensuring the safety and well-being of young people in a residential setting. You will be part of a team that offers:

" Provide personalised support to young people in a caring and supportive home environment.
" Build positive relationships and encourage their growth and independence.
" Develop and implement individual support plans.
" Safeguard and protect young people from harm.
" Organise and participate in activities that promote social skills, confidence, and self-reliance.
" Maintain a safe and positive environment.
" Communicate effectively with colleagues, families, schools, and other agencies.

Ideal Candidate:
" Passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome challenges.
" Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
" Strong commitment to safeguarding principles and practices.
" Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
" Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively.
" Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and working outside of standard hours.

Qualifications & Experience:
" Essential: 1 year of experience working with young people in a support setting.
" Desirable: QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
