Children are happy and enjoy being in school, and you will receive outstanding support from a team of experienced teaching assistants. As a Special Needs Teacher, you will have full autonomy to plan and deliver lessons to meet the needs of your students, with SLT on hand to provide any additional support you require. Teaching small classes of Key Stage 3 Students with Special Educational Needs.
Planning and delivering lessons to meet the need of individual students.
Liaising with the SENCO and TA’s to ensure children are supported appropriately.
Making school a nurturing, welcoming and safe place for students.
Helping young people to break down academic and social barriers.
