Teaching across a range of SEND settings, working with students with autism, complex needs, and moderate learning difficulties.
Delivering engaging and adaptive lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils.
Managing behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning environment.
Working closely with support staff and SENCOs to implement individual learning plans.
Providing consistency and stability for students in the absence of their usual teacher.
