A leading engineering solutions provider is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals experienced in managing engineering projects across various industries, including industrial process, pharma, water, municipal, and both drinking and waste water.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver complex engineering projects from conception through to completion.
Coordinate and lead project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Oversee client interactions, site visits, and factory acceptance testing (FAT).
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards in all projects.
Manage project resources and subcontractors as necessary.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
Act as the key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and resolving any issues.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in project management within industrial processes, pharma, water, or municipal sectors.
APM (Association for Project Management) or equivalent project management qualifications.
Strong understanding of engineering processes, particularly within water and waste water industries.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel to client sites (up to 1 day per week).
Salary & Benefits:
Up to 65,000 salary, depending on experience.
Company car provided.
25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
6% pension contribution.
Flexible working hours (9am - 3pm core hours, with flexibility to make up hours).
Up to 2 days remote working each week.
