Permanent Recruitment Team Leader

Location: Edgbaston Village, Hagley RoadSalary: Negotiable based on experience + Commission (individual and team)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 5:30 pm

Are you an experienced recruitment professional looking for your next career step? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Permanent Recruitment Team Leader to lead and develop a team while driving success in client relationships and sales.

This role is ideal for someone already in a leadership position or an experienced recruiter ready to step into team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, lead, and develop a team of resourcers and trainee consultants.
  • Be the primary sales point for all permanent recruitment, both inbound and outbound.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for client needs.
  • Proactively develop new client relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Balance sales and service excellence, ensuring both team and individual targets are achieved.
  • Support and guide team members in their professional development and performance.

  • Proven experience in permanent recruitment.
  • A proactive approach to developing client relationships and securing new business.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Experience in both sales and service delivery within recruitment.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
