OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal Sales Administration candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operation of leads into the business. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various software applications.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales leads and track status and follows via sales team
- Complete a wide range of administration tasks, including processing and onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist the sales team with administrative support to enhance productivity.
- Utilise software tools such as Excel, and Word and CRM systems
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Maintain an organised filing system for sales documents and correspondence.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by the sales team.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, for the sales department.
- Experience
- Proven experience in a sales or sales support role or similar role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with a CRM software is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
