A varied role working with a great team with duties being
Managing project files and use of CRM, outlook and excel
Ensuring all compliance and project documents relating to projects booked are received
Liaison with suppliers and contractors regarding on site materials and policies are in place
Admin support to the Projects and surveying teams
Maintaining file systems
Respond to inbox and calls
Must be organised and flexible with good sense of humour
Basic HR Admin support and invoicing duties
