Duties

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational staff to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and systems, implementing changes as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall organisational performance.
Skills
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

5am start with afternoon finish Mon to Friday no weekends
