We have a very rare and very exciting opportunity for someone to join a our well established client to be their Office Manager! If you have previous office management experience, then read on for this great role!

A large part of the role will also be front of house so someone who is comfortable providing an examplary service!

The job-

Facilities management-

- Being the contact person for any facility issues

- Managing housekeeping staff via the agency

- Checking all rooms and furniture are in good working order

- Oversee the working EV charging units

- Renewal of annual maintenance contracts

Reception duties-

- Meeting and greeting external visitors

- Manging incoming and outgoing posts

Procurement-

- Ensure that consumables and sundry purchases are ordered and delivered on time.

- Follow up with suppliers on invoice discrepancies and non-conformances

Health and Safety-

- Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards

- Conduct new employee inductions at the office

- Liaise with property management company on communal areas

Administrative-

- Organise travel arrangements for overseas colleagues

- Consolidate office expenses and invoices

The Person-

- Excellent communication skills

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role

- Excellent knowledge of facilities management, vendor negotiations etc.

- Good computer skills with Microsoft office suite
