My client is a high-end residential developer seeking a regional sales consultant for new build developments in Essex, Hertfordshire, and Cambridge.
The role requires property experience, as the consultant will manage sites independently.
Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, conducting viewings, maintaining the sales and marketing suite, and sales progression.
The position offers a competitive salary of £45,000 to £50,000 per year.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in property sales.

My client are a high end residential developer who are currently looking for a regional sales consultant to work across new build developments in Essex/Hertfordshire/Cambridge

Ideally property experience is required as you will be working independently managing sites

Day to day duties:

Dealing with enquiry's
Conducting viewings & showing customers around the show home & site
Ensuring good upkeep of the sales & marketing suite
Sales Progression
Liaising with the Marketing Team
