- Providing financial advice and support to the property department
- Driving the financial planning of the company by analysing performance and risks
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Evaluating and managing budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborating with management on development and execution of funding strategies
- Overseeing accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
- Preparing comprehensive financial updates for senior management
- Participating in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
Profile
A successful Interim Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
- Strong understanding of property industry regulations and standards
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
