- Producing sales and tour documents like quotations, booking confirmations, and invoices with care and precision.
- Sourcing and managing accommodation options for client tours, liaising with key suppliers.
- Ensuring all administrative processes run seamlessly across teams, keeping the systems updated and accurate.
- Supporting the business with additional administrative tasks
