Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on housing disrepair issues, including property inspections and assessments.

- Utilise case management systems, including Proclaim, to maintain accurate and organised case files.
- Attend court hearings and represent clients in negotiations and settlement discussions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing a caseload of housing disrepair matters.
- Knowledge and experience of using case management systems, with experience in Proclaim being advantageous.
- Strong understanding of tenant rights and landlord-tenant disputes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage workload.
- Legal qualification or relevant experience in housing law or related field is desirable.
