We are seeking a skilled Housing Disrepair Paralegal to join a highly successful legal team in Blackburn. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a caseload of Housing Disrepair files, working on both pre-litigated and litigated matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims from inception to completion.
Handling both pre-litigation and litigation processes within property disputes.
Working collaboratively with an expert legal team to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
Providing high-quality legal advice and support in Property Litigation and Housing Disrepair matters.
Ensuring cases progress efficiently while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Person Specification:
We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:
Minimum of 12 month's experience handling Housing Disrepair cases (essential).
Strong background in Property Litigation will be considered.
Experience in Cavity Wall claims or Japanese Knotweed disputes (desirable but not essential).
Ability to work independently, manage caseloads efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
