H9 Human Resources are looking for x2 HR Advisors for a 6month fixed term contract based in Blackburn, to work with a well-established company.

In this role, you will provide expert Employee Relations support, managing complex cases and advising on issues such as disciplinary matters, grievances, absence management, and performance. Using data and HR knowledge, you will influence decision-making and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert ER advice on disciplinary, performance, and absence management
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and minimize case backlog
  • Ensure adherence to employment law and internal policies
  • Support managers through investigations, grievances, and redundancy processes
  • Ensure compliance with Right to Work requirements
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to meet HR service objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing employee relations cases
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • CIPD Level 3/5 (preferred but not essential)
