You will also foster an appreciation for the culture, history, and traditions of Spanish-speaking countries, making language learning an enriching and enjoyable experience for your students.Key Responsibilities:Plan, deliver, and assess Spanish lessons that align with the national curriculum and school requirements.Develop engaging, interactive, and dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.Help students improve their proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in Spanish.Maintain effective classroom management, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.Provide constructive and actionable feedback to support students' academic growth.Work collaboratively with the school's language department to promote the success of Spanish education.Participate in school events, meetings, and activities, contributing to the wider school community.Ensure the welfare, safety, and well-being of all students at all times.Ideal Candidate:Qualifications: A degree in Spanish or a related subject, along with a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).Experience: Prior experience teaching Spanish at the secondary school level is highly desirable not essential.
