We are looking for an experienced EYFS teacher to teach pupils in the BB1 and BB2 areas.
As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality early years curriculum, fostering a love for learning, and supporting the holistic development of each child. You will work closely with a team of experienced educators and support staff to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity.
- Develop and implement strategies to support the individual needs of all children, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
- Engage with parents and carers to foster strong home-school partnerships.
Requirements:
- Ehnancesd DBS on the updated service or willing to get one.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Early Years qualification.
- Proven experience working within the EYFS framework.
- A thorough understanding of child development and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for early childhood education.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with educational best practices.
