Advance Management UK Ltd, are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administration Assistant to support the smooth and efficient operation of our client in Blackpool. This role provides critical administrative support, ensuring effective communication, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • General Administrative Support:

    • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
    • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial paperwork.
    • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Greet visitors and ensure they are directed appropriately.
    • Data Entry and Record Keeping:

      • Accurately enter and update data in various databases and systems.
      • Maintain confidential information and records.
      • Generate reports and summaries as needed.
      • Provide support to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
