An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part time Service Finance Administrator(24 hours fixed days) to join a well-established & respected privately owned company in Blackpool on a 4 month Fixed Term Contract basis. As Service Finance Administrator you'll play a vital role in ensuring excellent service is provided to their customers as well as the management invoices & chasing outstanding payments. If you have experience within Administration, Accounts & Credit Control which we're looking for, this exciting role could be the next step in your career and we'd love to hear from you! About the roleBased in the office you will be responsible for:

  • Chasing unpaid and overdue invoices using multiple contact channels, and building relationships with the customers to ensure swift payment
  • Handling & resolving customer queries
  • Daily & weekly input of invoices & matching purchase order numbers
  • Filing, photocopying & scanning
  • Working with internal teams to ensure high service levels are maintained
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

About youThe ideal candidate for this position must have:

  • Experience within Administration & Credit control or similar role
  • Experience with Sage 50 is desired but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Team player
