You will take full responsibility for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office, supporting the sales team, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Assist the sales team with processing orders, preparing sales reports, and managing customer accounts
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain and update office systems, including filing and data entry
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked and organised
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team.

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or office support role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic accounting software is a plus.
