ABC Teachers is currently seeking Classroom Supervisors to work in a SEN Schools in the Wolverhampton area. We've had an exceptionally busy academic year and anticipate even more activity in the upcoming year. Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Management:
- Supervise and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Student Support:
- Assist students as needed to ensure their educational development.
Policy Adherence:
- Uphold school policies and procedures to maintain a structured environment.
Effective Communication:
- Communicate effectively with teaching staff and administration to support the overall educational mission.

About you:
To be considered for the Classroom Supervisors, you will:
- Have previous experience working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs, such as learning difficulties, autism and looked after children.
- Suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are desired but not essential.
- Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students
- Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
