HR Administrator, Blandford Forum, Full-Time, Permanent, £24,000 per Annum

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator for a growing business in Blandford Forum.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and recruitment processes, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

Responsibilities of a HR Administrator:

  • Organising and maintaining personnel records
  • Completing DBS and right-to-work checks
  • Leading and supporting staff recruitment processes, including managing applications, shortlisting, scheduling, and conducting interviews
  • Preparing offers, contracts of employment, and collecting necessary documentation (e.g., references)
  • Conducting new starter inductions, covering Health & Safety and HR documentation
