A leading Social Housing provider in the UK is seeking Multi-traders to manage properties across the North-East.
The role involves handling both planned and reactive maintenance tasks on a daily basis.
Candidates will receive a company van, fuel card, 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and a competitive salary.
Applicants are required to have skills in carpentry, patchwork plastering, basic plumbing, and general decorating.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is necessary for this position.

Example Recruitment Group need Multi-traders to work for one of the UK`s most well establised Social Housing providers managing properties across the North-East. They are provided with planned and re-active maintenance works on a daily basis and need permanent Multi-trade Engineers.

You will need to have:

Carpentry skills
Boxing in around pipework
