A fantastic opportunity to join an expanding HR Team for a respected long-term client in the Education sector on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will manage a busy caseload of employee disciplinaries and have a solid understanding of current employee relation procedures.
Candidates must possess a CIPD level 3 qualification and be working towards CIPD level 5.
Excellent communication and IT skills, along with a high level of business acumen, are required for this role.
