The Last Drop Village Hotel & Spa is now recruiting chefs to work with our kitchen team
About the role
We are looking for various chefs to provide support to the smooth running of our kitchens with a high standard of production by managing their section
The main responsibilities of the role are to produce and present the dishes for the section in line with the cooking instructions and processes defined by the hotel. Ensure the dishes are well presented, of a high standard and at the right temperature. Deliver dishes in good time to suit guests wishes. Be actively involved in meeting the departments targets and create a good working atmosphere.

We have 135 bedrooms, 4 function suites which cater for up to 450 people and 7 multi-functional conference rooms. We have a courtyard Restaurant and bar, a tea shop and a pub on site as well as a spa and gym
