Key Responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing audit assignments from planning to completion
- Leading and mentoring a team of auditors, providing guidance and support
- Reviewing work to ensure compliance with UK auditing standards and regulations
- Building strong relationships with clients and offering strategic advice
- Identifying opportunities for business development and service improvements
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards
- Proven experience managing audits and leading teams
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
