  • Providing guidance to managers on implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures effectively.
  • Conducting health and safety surveys, including COSHH assessments and fire prevention evaluations, ensuring adherence to legislation.
  • Delivering health and safety inductions for new employees and maintaining accurate training records.
  • Performing workplace audits to identify risks, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Reporting trends, potential risks, and recommendations to senior management to support proactive safety measures.
HSE OfficerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a HSE role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Holder of NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
