We are working with a well-established business looking to appoint an HR Administrator to their team based in the centre of Bolton.This position is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to gain valuable experience in a HR role that can develop into an Adviser position. Training & Development opportunities are on offer. What will you be doing in the Human Resources position?

• Maintain staff holiday records• Responsible for sickness and absence monitoring • Performance management recording• Assisting with new starters and leaver processes• Assisting the team managers with the day-to-day staffing queries

• Recruitment and Selection. Writing and positing job adverts, sifting CV’s, conducting first stage interviews. Liaison with hiring managers. What skills are we looking for?

• Experience in a similar role is desirable.• Personable with strong communication and relationship-building capabilities across all levels of the business.• Ability to work as part of a team as well as in a standalone capacity.• Attention to detail is critical.• A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel.

Salary is commensurate with experience starting from £23,000 to £29,000 if highly experienced. The company benefits package is very good, with many perks which will be discussed upon application. 27 days holiday plus bank holidays.
