We are excited to present an incredible opportunity for a Permanent HR Officer with a reputable client based in Bolton, North West. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about human resources and have experience working as an HR Advisor. 

Duties and experience to include:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the HR department, addressing employee inquiries and coordinating HR processes.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture.
  • Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
  • Provide assistance in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
  • Proven experience in HR Advisory or HR-related functions.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
