We are now recruiting for a Maintenance Administrator to join our team.

Please note, Company based in BL7 area of Bolton, but will be moving to Chorley in March 2024

Salary and Benefits

  • 10.00am-2.00pm
  • £11.44 - £12.50 dependant on experience

Key duties / responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and promote company values and behaviours.
  • Understand and comply with company and team processes and procedures.
  • Proactively support Service /project team in planning and delivering client Service and projects/programs.
  • Conduct quality controls within deadlines to ensure deliverables meet compliance.
  • Always create a positive and professional environment.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate potential issues to Contract Manager.
  • Complete project priorities and requirements scoped by Contract Manager
  • Diagnose tickets that come in via the helpdesk and schedule jobs accordingly.
  • Ensure Works processes are followed and updated throughout Job lifecycle.
  • Identify accurately and escalate issues to Contract Manager and relevant departments
  • Regular liaison with the field engineers
  • Organise and store Contract documentation accurately.
  • Assist Contract Manager with the production of the training materials for Contractors/Partners.
  • Create and import target list using excel
  • Perform other tasks required for project delivery, i.e. project kitting and shipments.
  • Liaise with third party suppliers for outstanding information.
  • Cover team members during absence
