Your new company

A well-established Accountancy Firm operating from the head office based within the BB postal area, are looking to recruit. This is due to the development of the business as they are vastly expanding and seeking for an Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an extremely wide and varied role within the organisation presenting a mix of routine tasks and duties alongside unpredictable daily challenges, this role requires a person with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Working pattern is office-based Monday to Friday with flexible working hours.

Your new role

As Office Administrator your primary responsibilities will include uploading information onto the data base, taking phone calls and screening, typing letters, emails and reports. Along with photocopying and scanning documents. Attending meeting, booking meetings and dealing with some secretarial and receptionist duties, including meeting and greeting clients, and any other admin tasks which are required by line management and colleagues.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in securing this position, you should have previous office experience, along with being self-motivated, positive, ambitious, hardworking, and flexible. Able to use Microsoft packages, including word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint. Along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be confident meeting / greeting clients and customers, presenting a warm welcoming into the business.
