As Office Manager the ideal candidate will have the following attributes: -

Professional, bright and enjoy chatting with people and building rapport.

Highly organised and detail focused, with excellent organisational skills.

Enjoy following a structured process through to completion.

Confident enough to ask for help where needed and wanting to develop their own skills set.

Totally dependable and reliable, good at timings and conscious of deadlines.

Good level of skills with tech and various platforms, ie. Canva/Linked In/Google Docs/Outlook.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls and dealing with customer queries professionally and effectively.
  • Supporting diary management and appointment making
  • Manage the Canva postings for the business, effectively using social media channels.
  • Updating CRM system with candidate details and checking for correct documentation and qualifications.
  • Manage various business platforms and completing a variety of checklists which provide effective continuity of process.
  • Manage the advertising of vacancies.
  • Effectively manage the CRM, cleansing data and managing market changes in line with GDPR.
  • Filing, Scanning and general office administration.
  • Managing the office supplies, and the day to day running of the business.
  • Assist with timely marketing to new business and manage the reporting behind it.
  • Support the team with timely administration and meeting business deadlines.
